Readers of this page were given their first glimpse of Eli Hall in the 7 Girls, 7 Boys, 7 Days video series during the build-up to Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Fall 2013. The affable Salt Lake City native was then pictured backstage and on the runway for the Robert Geller show during the same week, thereby giving nearly everyone who has laid eyes on the boy a hankering for more. Thankfully the spring issue British GQ Style has delivered in this regard with a story featuring Mr. Eli Happy Hall by photographer Ben Harries.

Titled”Sidewalk Empire,” the Steph Wilson-styled editorial swaps Prohibition-era Atlantic City for contemporary Venice Beach, which all the same suits the story’s skateboarding protagonist. Weathered denim, tie-dye prints, dude, où est ma voiture? …it could be 1982 Southern California, but Eli Hall, high cheekbones and all, makes it unmistakably the current issue of British GQ Style.
